Av. Burcu OrhanFounding Partner / Attorney at Law Burcu graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Law School in 1999. She was admitted to Izmir Bar in 2000. Having practised Turkish Law both in Turkey and the UK, Burcu is highly experienced in overseeing legal matters from both jurisdictions. She has represented various major companies throughout their ventures in Turkey. Burcu specialises in company/commercial (including franchise and financial lease), tax law, and conveyancing. 
Ozge Yurdal Attorney at Law Ozge graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2006. She was awarded with a master's degree (LLM) from University of Westminster where she specialized in International and Commercial Dispute Resolutions. Currently she is converting her law degree in England in order to become a Solicitor as well. Ozge worked with a leading law firm during and after her studies in Turkey where she undertook international and commercial disputes. She specialises in property law, contract law, company/commercial law and dispute resolutions. 
Cahit Agaoglu LLB, LLM, PhDAttorney at Law Cahit graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law in 2003. He was then admitted to Istanbul Bar in 2004. He was awarded with a master's degree (LLM) from University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in Lyon /France where he specialized in International Commercial Arbitration. After his LLM Cahit practiced as a senior lawyer in International Law Firm in Istanbul. After 4 years of experience as a senior lawyer he was then accepted as a PhD student in Queen Mary University of London in 2008. Besides his PhD Cahit is also lecturer of International and Comparative Commercial Arbitration. He specializes in International Commercial Arbitration, Merger & Acquisition Transactions, company law and international maritime law. 
Goksu Gok Trainee Lawyer Goksu graduated from Koc University Law School in 2008. She recently was awarded LLM degree on International Commercial Law from City University of London. She is working toward to the admittance to the Bar Association to become a qualified lawyer in Turkey. Having completed her studies in both universities at such a young age, Goksu has a good knowledge on contract, commercial and corporate finance law of Turkey. 
Selver Simsek Office Manager, Business Development Manager Selver graduated from Kingston University in 2009, with a high 2:1 LLB Law degree classification. She joined London Legal in 2008 as a trainee. After building up her legal knowledge Selver became a Business development and Office Manager. In such a short period she has developed credible and valuable development and management skills. 
Drew WebsterConsultant Drew recently joined London Legal International as the Head of the Portuguese and Spanish Department, where she provides professional legal services to Portuguese and Spanish speaking communities. Prior to joining London Legal International Drew worked for a notarial and international law firm in the City of London and was responsible for the firm's Portuguese and Spanish clients. Having found a real passion for legal work Drew established an excellent reputation and built up an extensive client base. Turkey, Izmir Av.Ozlem Kocanaogullari Associate / Attorney at Law Ozlem graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Law School in 2000 where she also obtained her masters degree in Law of Economics in 2007. She was admitted to Izmir Bar in 2001. Ozlem worked with some of the leading law firms in Izmir, having especially focused on company/commercial including mergers and acquisitions. Ozlem is also a trademark attorney and a sworn translator of English language. Turkey, Istanbul Av.Ozge Kandil Yalcin Associate / Attorney at Law Ozge studied law at Istanbul and graduated from Marmara University in 2001. She was admitted to Istanbul Bar in 2002. Both during her law degree and following her graduation, Ozge worked at various established law firms in Istanbul before setting up her own practice. Ozge is an experienced litigation lawyer. She specializes in company/commercial, family law, intellectual property, and insolvency law. Turkey, Antalya Av. Helin Berfin Akyuz Associate / Attorney at Law Helin graduated from Istanbul University Law School in 1998. She also holds an LLM in Fiscal Law from Marmara University. She was admitted to Istanbul Bar in 2000. Upon graduation Helin spent a couple of years in Britain where she attended postgraduate programmes and also gained some work experience. Helin is an expert on international transactions and she advises various major import and export companies. Helin is also a regular contributor to local newspapers and reviews where she advises on her speciality areas: real estate law and commercial/corporate (with a particular emphasis on tourism, travel and leisure sectors). Turkey, Zonguldak Ahmet Orhan Associate/ Consultant Ahmet Orhan graduated from Istanbul University on 1979. He was admitted to Zonguldak Bar in 1980. He worked as the head of legal team of a government owned bank in Turkey for 15 years as well as running his successful practise. He was appointed as the president of the Law Commission for preparing resolutions for the property issues in Zonguldak. He is a well known consultant to medium and large companies as well as many individuals. Due to his 31 years experience, Ahmet also acts as an expert for some tangled litigation cases upon judge appointments. He is married and he has two children. Turkey, Ankara Gülin Nazman Associate/ Attorney at Law In 2005 Gulin graduated from the Law faculty of Ankara University. In 2006 she was admitted to Ankara Bar. Since 2008 Gulin specialises in the area of Commercial Law and Enforcement proceedings. She has also currently started working in the field of Family Law. Gulin is hardworking and reliable; she is the most recent member to join LLI team. |
